There is one tutorial on Premiere Elements that deals with exporting a video project. This is an often confusing and technically demanding area. There are also a lot of videos for Photoshop Elements. Do a Search Videos...entry for elements and you will find the Premiere Elements tutorial on the second page of the found set. The rest are on Photoshop. Of course there are also tutorials on Flash etc. as well.
